You will join a well-established and comprehensive, state-wide Geriatric service, providing 100% team-based SNF care.

Per Diem, flexible weekdays, ideally 4+ shifts per month
- You will be joining and established team of 20+ Geriatric providers who provide care for our valued geriatric patient population
