Cost Accountant | High-Impact Role

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Manufacturing Cost Accounting experience required
• Strong relationship builder; partners closely with operations
• Ability to provide insights, visibility into cost drivers, and improve operational output through data

• Own month-end work: journal entries, reconciliations
• Maintain and update cost data in the ERP, including cost rules and system structures
• Support cross-facility cost roll-ups, production analysis, labor costing, and manufacturing performance reviews
• Spend meaningful time on the production floor—partnering with plant teams, building trust, and understanding processes
• Communicate insights clearly and tell the story behind the numbers at month-end
