Warehouse Supervisor

The ideal candidate is practical, hands‑on, strong stock control experience, ability to lead a team in a fast‑paced operational environment, organised, detail‑focused, and comfortable working with systems and processes while ensuring smooth day‑to‑day warehouse operations.

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and dispatch
• Maintain accurate stock control and inventory records
• Conduct regular cycle counts and support stocktake processes
• Investigate stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions
• Ensure correct storage, labelling, and handling of stock
• Apply FIFO principles in stock management
• Monitor goods received and dispatched for accuracy and quality
• Maintain accurate system records and data integrity
• Ensure warehouse procedures and operational standards are followed
• Supervise and guide warehouse staff to ensure productivity and efficiency
• Address operational challenges and resolve day‑to‑day issues
• Maintain a safe and organised warehouse environment
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Support operational reporting and documentation
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and efficiencies

• Diploma or qualification in Warehousing, Logistics, Supply Chain
• 6‑8 years’ experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory control
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office and warehouse/ERP systems & SAP
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes and stock control
• Willingness to travel to satellite distribution locations when required.
