About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and technically minded External Sales Representative to join our team in the manufacturing sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing technical support and product training to customers. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent people skills, a strong sales drive, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers. Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive sales calls and visits. Promote and specify company products to targeted customers. Provide technical support, product demonstrations, and customer training. Prepare, compile, and follow up on quotations and tenders. Confirm pricing, stock levels, and assist with supplier liaison where required. Ensure effective customer liaison, including handling complaints professionally.

Update customer records and sales-related administration. Attend exhibitions and represent the company at industry events. Assist internal sales team when required.

Requirements Minimum:
Grade 12 qualification. Preferred:
Training in electronics/electricity and practical work experience as an electrician or in external/internal sales. Technically minded with strong problem-solving ability. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to perform under pressure. Self-starter, motivated to achieve results, and able to work independently. Strong customer service orientation and persuasive sales ability. Presentable, punctual, and professional at all times.

Remuneration Package:
Salary 24K Car Allowance 8.5K Cell phone Allowance 1.3K Fuel will be covered for Business travels.
