Requirements:
- At least 5 years working experience in Mixed Farming and have strong mechanical knowledge and working background.
- Responsible for overseeing and managing daily farming operations to ensure productivity, efficiency, and quality of agricultural outputs.
- Coordinate daily and weekly work schedules, including planting, irrigation, harvesting, animal feeding and infrastructure maintenance.
- Leadership
