Our national client within the FMCG / Supply Chain Management sector is looking for a dynamic Operations Manager for their DC in Bloemfontein.

Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Operations Management
3-5 Years' experience within a Supply Chain environment
Knowledge of Warehouse Management System
Strong communication skills
Ensure Effective team dynamics
Improve process efficiency in the Bloemfontein DC operation
Collaborate with various internal stakeholders, (Transport, Replenishment and Planning) to ensure that deliverables are met
Follow up on customer complaints and ensure they have been resolved in an effective and timely manner
Forecasting workforce and maintaining production cycles to ensure that the correct resources are in place to achieve targets
Continuously monitor and oversee the day-to-day operations
Ensure Compliance to all our policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance
Ensure due diligence with all processes
Develop, collaborate and engage relationships with stakeholders across the business
Weekly and monthly reporting and analysis of KPI's
