In your role as part of our team, you will be exposed to industry and business leaders; CAEs, CFOs and CEOs; various business processes; and the latest methods of internal audit with a key focus on driving internal audit modernisation which we define as an agile, digitally-led, endto-end internal audit life‑cycle that harnesses talent, data, automation and collaboration across other lines and combines IA, industry and subject matter expertise through leveraging digital assets, tools and accelerators to drive IA transformation and equals greater risk coverage, better insights and more assurance.

Apart from exposure to internal audit processes and in line with our strategy to modernise IA functions through technology, you will also be exposed to and assist with implementation and configuration of the Team Mate audit management software at various clients. Team Mate helps professionals in all industries at organisations around the world to manage audit and compliance risks and business issues by providing targeted, configurable and efficient software solutions.

Team Mate offers solutions for audit management, controls management and data analytics. Together, this ecosystem of easy-to-use and configurable solutions provides organisations with the confidence they need to manage all aspects of risk identification and assessment, electronic working paper creation and management, controls framework management and data analysis.

• Researches and understands how Team Mate offerings fit into the prospect/client business now and in the future.
• Effectively demonstrates how Team Mate software solutions address client problems (with a focus on how Team Mate can accommodate their desired methodology, business needs etc.).
• Identifies risks, recognises impact and consults with clients to discuss mitigation plans associated with the deployment of the Team Mate product offerings.
• Stays informed of industry trends, regulatory changes and other relevant internal audit information/best practices and understands the impact of this information to clients
• Conducting business analysis/information gathering sessions to understand the client’s requirements.
• Configuring the software, ensuring it is aligned with the client’s business processes.
• Trains clients’ end‑users on software functionality prior to go‑live.
• Shares expertise and experience to help other team members.
• Works cooperatively and collaboratively with others to accomplish the firm, team and project goals/objectives.
