It Field Technician

• Install and maintain network infrastructure for CCTV cameras.
• Install, configure and trouble shoot IT and network equipment.
• Provide on-site support.

Requirements:

• Grade 12.
• A+ and N+ certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transport.
• An insatiable appetite for learning and an eagerness to embrace emerging technologies.
• 2 Years’ experience and knowledge of first-line support, including desktop support, printers, CCTV systems, VoIP, and networking.
• Comfortable working at heights and in physically demanding environments.
• Willingness to travel, work overtime, and stay out of town for project assignments.
• Stellar interpersonal and communication skills to interact with users and team members.
• Work efficiently on your own or seamlessly within a team.
• Dependable, organized, and always ready for the next challenge.
