• Support setup, conduct, and closeout of clinical studies in line with ICH-GCP, SOPs, and applicable regulations.
• Assist with database setup for EDC studies: eCRF creation, edit checks, and UAT.
• Perform data review and cleaning: validate eCRFs, query management, and manage external data.
• Reconcile external data sources (e.g., labs, ECG/ePRO) and support SAE reconciliation.
• Conduct quality control of CRF data and maintain accurate study metrics/listings.
• Maintain data management documentation and support TMF activities, including archiving of DM sections.
• Provide user account management and user training support for EDC studies; contribute to training materials.
• Collaborate with sites, CRAs, project managers, statisticians, safety, and eClinical PMs; participate in team/project meetings.
• Contribute to process improvements and support inspection/audit readiness.

• Degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Medical Documentation, Data/Information Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in clinical data management or a related clinical operations role (CRO/sponsor or CTA background beneficial).
• Solid knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory expectations for clinical data; familiarity with EDC and query management.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word); strong attention to detail and quality.
• Problem-solving mindset; able to prioritize multiple tasks and work both independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English; flexible and eager to learn.
