Key Responsibilities

• Lead the complete regional finance function across multiple manufacturing and dealership sites
• Oversee and guide Finance Managers across the region
• Drive strong financial performance, governance frameworks, compliance, and risk management
• Deliver accurate, timeous reporting and meaningful commercial insights
• Partner closely with the Regional Executive team to enhance operational efficiency and profitability
• Act as a trusted financial advisor to senior leadership teams
• Ensure adherence to OEM standards, controls, and reporting structures

• ✔
  Automotive or OEM/manufacturing industry experience is essential
• ✔ Strong background in multi‑site or regional finance operations
• ✔ Commercially minded, strategic thinker, and influential leader
• ✔ Ability to partner with operational and executive stakeholders
• ✔ Must already be based in Bloemfontein or willing to relocate within 1–2 months
