Civil Earthworks Construction Foreman – Construction Renewable Industry

Job Overview

Our client is an established construction contractor with extensive operations across multiple provinces. They are seeking six experienced Construction Foremen to lead site teams and supervise construction activities on significant projects in the Northern Cape, Mpumalanga and Free State regions. These opportunities are for hands‑on foremen with proven track records on large‑scale construction projects.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Renewable Energy and Civil Earthworks industries.

• Minimum 10 years of construction foreman experience
• Must have completed 3 or more projects valued at R20 million or above (non‑negotiable)
• Experience in civil engineering works (roads, earthworks, structures, concrete)
• Renewable energy sector experience (solar farms, wind farms, battery storage projects)
• Civil earthworks experience (bulk earthworks, cut‑to‑fill, roads, platforms, drainage)
• Experience on renewable energy projects with civil infrastructure components
• Must be immediately available to start
• Willing to relocate/travel to Northern Cape, Mpumalanga or Free State
• Valid driver’s licence

Our client is offering a highly competitive salary based on experience. Package is market related.
