Responsibilities:
As a Personal Assistant, you will support the Branch/General Manager and/or Managing Director with personal tasks, administrative duties, report writing, file management, and communications - ensuring smooth daily operations and helping maximise productivity.
Provide personal, administrative and personnel support to management.
Assist in co-ordinating company events, functions and stock takes.
Prepare and manage various reports, including sales, turnover, and stock updates.
Oversee office maintenance, employee records, and office supplies.
Reporting to General Manager
Skills & Knowledge:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (eg. Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Drivers licence will be required
Communication skills
Education:
Matric
Experience:
At least 2 years’ experience in Personal assistance and administration role
Experience and/or knowledge of motor trade industry would be beneficial
Remuneration:
R 14,000.00 per month
