Salary:
Circa £40,000 basic (DOE) + travel time + overtime

About the Company
We are an established and leading fire protection business, accredited by BAFE, delivering high-quality fire safety solutions across a diverse client portfolio. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced and motivated Mobile Fire Alarm Service Engineer to join our team.
The Role
This is a multi-site position responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, testing, fault-finding, and repair of fire alarm systems across four sites between Aylesbury and Kettering.
You will play a key role in ensuring all systems remain compliant, fully operational, and meet the highest safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) of fire alarm systems
* System testing and inspection in line with current standards
* Fault finding, diagnostics, and repair
* Small works and system modifications where required
* Accurate completion of service documentation
* Participation in a 1-in-7-week call-out rota
Experience & Skills Required
* Proven experience in a fire alarm service engineer role
* Strong fault-finding and servicing capability
* Experience working with fire alarm systems including:
* Advanced
* Kentec
* Morley
* Experience with Gent systems would be advantageous (training provided)
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* Good communication skills and professional approach
