Project Civil Engineer
Northamptonshire
£50,000 – £60,000 + Car / Car Allowance + 10% Pension + Bonus
An established and highly regarded UK residential developer is looking to appoint a Project Civil Engineer to join their technical team based in Milton Keynes.
This is a key role supporting the delivery of large-scale residential developments, working closely with internal technical, commercial and construction teams, as well as external consultants and statutory authorities.
The role
Manage and coordinate civil engineering design from early feasibility through to construction
Oversee highways and drainage design for residential schemes
Manage and progress S38, S278, S104 and S106 agreements
Liaise with local authorities, water companies and other statutory bodies
Review consultant designs, reports and drawings for compliance and buildability
Support project delivery through technical approvals and construction stages
About you
Degree qualified in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
Experience delivering residential infrastructure projects
Strong working knowledge of highways and drainage design and approvals
Confident dealing with local authorities and utility providers
Commercially aware and able to manage multiple projects concurrently
Package
£50,000 – £60,000 basic salary
Company car or car allowance
10% employer pension contribution
