We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Suspension Design Engineer to join a dynamic Formula 1 team at the forefront of motor sport innovation. This is an outstanding opportunity to contribute to the design and development of cutting-edge suspension systems that push the boundaries of performance in the world's most demanding racing series.

• Design suspension components to meet strict packaging, performance, and regulatory specification constraints
• Create detailed designs of structural, mechanical, and composite parts
• Collaborate closely with aerodynamics, vehicle dynamics, and track engineering teams to optimise suspension performance
• Produce high-quality CAD models, drawings, and technical documentation
• Support the manufacturing, assembly, and testing processes
• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in suspension technology

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
• Extensive experience in mechanical design, ideally with proven expertise in suspension systems within high-performance motor sport (Formula 1, LMP, or similar)
• Strong proficiency in 3D CAD software (ideally Catia V5/V6)
• Excellent understanding of composite materials, metallic structures, and mechanical systems
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, innovative mindset
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe as required
