Bar Staff – Defence (Part‑time)

We are looking for talented Bar Staff to craft beautifully crafted drinks and deliver exceptional customer service for Defence on a part‑time basis, contracted to 11 hours per week. Shift patterns:
Variable shifts. Contract length: 50 weeks per year.

• Prepare perfectly blended drinks and serve high‑quality food that delights customers.
• Maintain an efficient bar service focused on quality and speed.
• Keep the bar area clean and organized.
• Have comprehensive knowledge of all beverages served, including preparation and presentation.
• Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards).
• Be an enthusiastic team player and excellent communicator.
• Represent Defence and maintain a positive brand image.
• Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
• Adhere to Health & Safety regulations.
