This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Sales Associate located in Blair, NE. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting vehicles, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the purchasing process. Key daily tasks include building strong customer relationships, presenting vehicle features and benefits, negotiating sales, and maintaining knowledge of inventory. You will collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals and provide an excellent customer experience.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills to engage with customers and build lasting relationships.
• Sales and negotiation skills, along with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Basic knowledge of automotive products or willingness to learn about vehicle features and benefits.
• Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently and achieve sales goals.
• Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to achieving personal and team objectives.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Prior experience in sales or customer‑facing roles is a plus but not required.
