Sirius Staffing is seeking Warehouse Operators in the Blair, NE area. This role offers a full-time, long-term opp ortunity with a leading chemical manufacturer. As a Warehouse Operator, you will play a vital role in our warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of materials and inventory.

Our client seeks candidates with a proven track record of longevity in their work history.

Schedule : 12-hour rotating day shifts 7a-7p, with 2 days on, 3 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off.

First week of training M-F 7:00-430

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must have previous forklift experience, preferably in a warehouse environment.
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Must have a proven track record of longevity work history
• Capable of working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to follow and understand all forklift safety requirements and pass site-specific certification.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 55 pounds.
• Ability to frequently climb stairs, stand and walk for extended periods, frequent bending, squatting, pushing, and overhead reaching

• Operate forklifts to remove products from packaging lines.
• Accurately record pallet counts on production sheets.
• Store pallets in designated warehouse areas.
• Operate equipment to package products in totes and 25kg pallets.
• Adjust and troubleshoot packaging machinery as needed.
• Identify and move damaged products to designated warehouse areas.
• Dump damaged bags into super sacks for reprocessing.
• Maintain daily safety, cleaning, and hygiene standards in the area
• Participate in quality-related activities and safety programs.
• Perform miscellaneous projects related to warehouse operations as needed.
