As an Automotive Express Service Technician, also known as a Quick Auto Service Technician, you will primarily perform routine maintenance tasks on vehicles—oil changes, tire rotations, fluid level checks, and basic inspections—to identify additional needed repairs and communicate them clearly to service advisors. You will provide excellent customer service and ensure a quick turnaround time in our dealership’s express service lane.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about vehicles who wants to kickstart a career in the automotive industry. Mentorship and training will help you earn manufacturer Service Technician certifications and advance your career.
Requirements- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record
- Background check, drug screening, non‑DOT driver physical, and lift test (post‑offer)
- Entry‑level automotive service experience required
- Basic automotive service skills
- Coachable attitude and desire to learn
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to varying tasks
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and safety regulations
