Position: Production Staff

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Staff member located in Blaine, WA. Responsibilities include assisting with production planning, operating machinery, maintaining quality control standards, and ensuring efficient production workflows. The role also involves collaborating with team members, adhering to safety protocols, supporting production management activities, and contributing to training efforts as needed.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Production Planning and Production Management to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency
  • Strong Quality Control skills to maintain production standards and meet product specifications
  • Effective Communication skills to interact with team members and other departments
  • Ability to assist in Training initiatives for onboarding and skill development of team members
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or production roles is an asset
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications are a plus
