Desktop Support Representative Onsite Support

Blaine, WA
Duration: 1+ year (possible extension)
Responsibilities and
Qualifications:
- Diagnose and remedy complex Microsoft OS and Office product problem tickets.
- Configure and install common applications and install/remove PCs and HVDs.
- Communicate effectively with clients with good verbal and written skills.
- Interact positively with clients and provide customer-facing Windows-based technical support.
- Use ticketing systems in a corporate support environment.
- Hold a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, as work will be performed at various customer contact centre locations.
