Green Home Solutions of The Twin Cities is seeking a motivated Receptionist/Office Assistant. This position will mainly consist of answering inbound calls to set appointments for Clients requesting our services, working with existing Clients, assisting with administrative duties and working with the Owner. This position will involve learning about Indoor Environmental issues and how they affect buildings. We provide training and certification for you to excel in your position in order to navigate Client needs and properly set appointments.

Having an outgoing personality and the ability to be a clear communicator over the phone is important. We work with many Clinics and pride ourselves as one of the elite IAQ Companies in MN that strives to help people live in healthy environments!

Qualifications Needed

• Clear communicator
• Ability to learn about Indoor Environmental Issues (Indoor Air Quality, Mold, Water Loss) We provide Training!
• Ability to operate CRM system
• Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Very detail oriented
• Science background/knowledge and or prior Indoor Air Quality Experience a Plus!
• Prior tale marketing or sales experience
• Ability to work on assigned projects
• Communicate with existing Client base
• Filing, organizing and assisting Owner on ongoing projects

• Base salary plus commision on set appointments! This position will include setting paid appointments for Clients already looking for our services. Light business development calls will also be a part of this position. Salary listed below is base, commission will be additional.
