• Greet customers, run the register, and perform cashier duties.
• Make purchase suggestions and assist with the food program.
• Maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance.
• Help maintain store appearance standards and provide fast, friendly service.
• Work in various areas of the store, both inside and out.

• Selling products to customers.
• Providing excellent customer care.
• Effective communication and friendly conversation.
• Performing at a quick pace while having fun.
• Teamwork to accomplish daily goals.
• Generating ideas to solve problems.
• Quick thinking and offering suggestions.

• Retail and customer service experience.
• Sales associate or cashiering experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Motivation to advance in your career.
• Willingness to learn and have fun.

• Stand and/or walk up to 8 hours.
• Lift/carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes.
• Occasionally lift/carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist.
• Push/pull with arms up to 20 pounds.
• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour.
• Grip, reach, and manipulate objects; may require ladder climbing.

Hiring Range: $13.50 to $15.00 per hour.
