Overnight Inbound (Stocking) (T1832) rting hourly rate: $17.50 USD per hour.

• Execute a detailed, accurate and efficient sorting operation.
• Stock, organize and store reserve product and straighten merchandise on the sales floor.
• Maintain product availability on the salesfloor for GM categories.
• Operate powered equipment as necessary while unloading freight or moving merchandise.
• Process defective merchandise and handle environmentally sensitive (ESIM) items in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance.
• Work in a safe manner at all times; comply with all safety policies, best practices, and training; report hazards and correct where possible.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up (OPU) and Drive Up (DU) while maintaining a compliance culture, including laws related to adult beverages where applicable.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs.
• Assist guests and teammates as needed and thank guests for shopping at Target.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• You thrive in a fast-moving, physically demanding environment where teamwork and problem solving are key.
• You are open to a flexible schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends and holidays).

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology as directed.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Ability to resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow multi-step processes.
• Ability to stay focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established time frames.

• Ability to climb ladders, scan, handle and move merchandise safely, including frequently lifting or moving up to 44 pounds.
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends and holidays) with reliable and prompt attendance.
• Capacity to work in varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing duties such as Drive-Up and carryout.
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a shift; shift length may vary.
