Overview
Base pay range: $16.50/hr - $17.50/hr
Location:
Blaine, MN
- Provide customers with fast, friendly, accurate and safe service as a cashier.
- Process Checkout and/or Return transactions and monitor the Self-Checkout area.
- Acquire product knowledge to inform customers and identify selling opportunities.
- Follow policies and procedures to minimize shrink.
- Support Front End operations as needed by expediting price checks and handling Point of Sale transactions and markdowns for mainline registers, Self-Checkout, Returns, Pro Desk, Special Services, and Tool Rental.
- Provide first-level escalation for customer issues and assist in supervision, coaching and training of other Front End Associates.
- Assist in training new Cashiers and use available tools to coach and develop other Cashiers.
- Preferred qualification: 1+ years of Cashier experience.
