Join the Data Solutions team as a Fabrication Operator in the Orbital Weld team, where you'll play a key role in setting up and maintaining orbital welding operations for high‑performance liquid cooling systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • T-Drill Operation: Program, set up and operate T-Drill equipment to produce high‑quality tee joints and outlets directly from the run pipe, ensuring structural integrity and precise alignment.
  • Orbital Welding: Program, set up, and execute automated orbital welds on stainless steel and other alloy tubing. You will be responsible for ensuring full‑penetration, sanitary‑grade welds and utilizing appropriate production logs and records to record work performance.
  • Manifold Assembly: Read and interpret technical drawings/blueprints to assemble wall‑mounted manifolds. This includes mounting components, integrating formed tubes, and ensuring all fittings are torqued to specification.
  • Quality Control: Perform visual inspections and pressure testing to verify the integrity of assemblies before they leave the floor. Ensures that products and systems meet quality standards.
  • Maintenance: Perform routine daily maintenance on the T-Drill and Orbital power supplies to ensure peak performance and minimal downtime. Assists Maintenance and outside sources with trouble‑shooting systems.
  • Safety: Complies with all applicable safety procedures and reports unsafe conditions or potential safety hazards to team leader or appropriate resource. Takes action and notifies appropriate resource when problems arise concerning equipment, operations, materials, etc. Maintains a clean, safe and organized work area.
  • Production Scheduling & Other Duties: Meets established performance standards to ensure production schedules are met. Participates actively as a team member through continuous improvement activities to meet customer needs. May be required to perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience using computerized manufacturing technologies or related systems to meet production and customer requirements.
  • Strong problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and a steadfast commitment to safety and quality.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment with shifting priorities.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
  • May be required to perform additional duties as assigned.
