Team Coordinator -Blaine

Overview

We at Fairview are looking for a dedicated Clinic Team Coordinator to join the hard working team at our Blain Clinic!

This position is approved for 48 hours every two weeks. We believe the schedule will be Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

• Performs telephone & MyChart message support & follow-up communication in a timely and professional fashion; uses communication systems for both routine & emergency transactions
• Schedules, reschedules & maintains patient appointments & supports clinic leadership in schedule management
• Partners collaboratively with the patients care team to address patient needs
• Find opportunities for improvement in workflow & participate in clinic and system meetings

• Successful completion of formal medical training program such as MA, HUC, NA or Medical Secretary, or min. of 1 year comparable experience in a healthcare setting

• 2 or more years’ experience working in a medical setting

An individual's pay rate within the posted range may be determined by various factors, including skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions.
