I'm partnering with a fast-growing, privately held construction company to help them identify a hands‑on Controller to lead and execute all accounting and finance operations. This is a critical leadership role responsible for the company’s financial health, cash flow, job profitability, and scalability.
The Controller will oversee A/R, A/P, Payroll, General Ledger, Job Costing, WIP, and Financial Reporting, while leading and developing a team of 4 accounting professionals.
The ideal candidate is process-driven, detail-oriented, and execution-focused, with the ability to build SOPs, drive accountability, and partner closely with operations, sales, and ownership.
