• Be the initial contact with current customers as well as prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center. Communicate with customers via email, telephone, in-person, and at their place of business.
• Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into customers and then into long-term clients.
• Learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders and ensure timely delivery of finished orders.
• Participate in daily team meetings and support the execution of business and marketing plans.
• Help administer and run our CRM software and be intimately involved in the success of the FASTSIGNS Center.
• Potential for growth into a commission-based role if you choose that path.

• Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn, and able to build relationships.
• Great listening skills, documentation, and organization.
• Strong attention to detail and a healthy appreciation for technology.
• Ability to learn to prepare estimates, manage work orders, and use CRM software effectively.
