Customer Service Representative

Overview

FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative position with FASTSIGNS of Blaine. You will be the initial contact with current and prospective customers and work with them via email, telephone, in-person, and at their place of business. The role focuses on building long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into customers and then into long-term clients.

• Be the initial contact for current and prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center.
• Interact with customers via email, telephone, in-person, and on-site visits.
• Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into customers and then into long-term clients.
• Learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders, and ensure timely delivery of finished orders.
• Participate in daily team meetings and execute business and marketing plans.
• Help administer and run our CRM software and contribute to the success of the FASTSIGNS Center.
• Opportunity for growth into a commission-based role if desired.
