Responsibilities- Providing person‑centred support
- Assisting with daily living tasks
- Promoting independence and wellbeing
- Supporting individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs, or complex care
- Personal care duties where required
- Working across residential homes, supported living services, and community settings
- Previous experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant preferred
- A caring, patient, and professional approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability and flexibility
- Valid DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care beneficial but not essential
