We are seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner for a 36‑day locum tenens assignment in Virginia. This opportunity begins on Mar 1, 2026, and features a mix of 12‑hour and 8‑hour shifts covering both day and night hours, primarily at a facility with an annual combined ED volume of 40,000 and Level III Trauma Center designation.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a dynamic emergency department environment and hold all required certifications and licenses.

Montgomery shifts are 7am-7pm, 2pm-10pm, and 7pm-7am; additional facility hours are 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am; majority of shifts at Montgomery Facility
- Must have an active Virginia state license and DEA registration to begin credentialing; these are required to start
- Emergency Medicine board certification and Emergency Nurse Practitioner Certification (ENP) required
- Experience with high‑volume emergency department settings preferred
- Assignment includes a facility with 146 hospital beds and a combined ED annual volume of 40,000
