Pay and Benefits:

RMA class available at no cost to eligible hires – get paid while you learn.

Sign-On Bonus: $4,000.00.

• Able to work in a team setting and independently as well.
• A valid current and up to date C.N.A. license from the Virginia State Board of Nursing in good standing.
• We will also consider candidates who have completed CNA coursework and have scheduled their licensing exam.
• Will consider a PCA or DCW with verifiable certificate of class completion.
• Availability to work rotating weekends and holidays.

• Treat residents, family, visitors, and coworkers with respect and dignity.
• Assist with all levels of ADL care.
• Document resident vitals and incidents accurately and in a timely manner.
• Observe all facility policies and procedures.

• Full time 6:00am – 6:30pm with every other weekend shifts.
• Full time 6:00pm – 6:30am with every other weekend shifts.
