As an Ultrasound Sonographer, you will:

• Prepare patients and collect relevant information for procedures.
• Perform sonographic examinations following defined protocols.
• Observe patients’ conditions and notify physicians of unusual occurrences.
• Compile and complete data sheets containing pertinent patient information and forward results to radiologists.
• Analyze the quality of images and processes as required.
• Take calls after regular hours to meet department needs.

• Preferred: Two to three years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist or Sonographer, including two or more years in a hospital.
• Required: ARDMS or ARRT registration.
• Required: Basic Cardiac Life Support certification obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
