Clinician - Outpatient Services ($3,000 Sign on Bonus)

We are seeking clinicians (LMHP or LMHP‑E) to provide outpatient services to adults, children, and adolescents with mental health and/or substance use disorders as part of a supportive clinical team. Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence‑based therapies while maintaining licensure and documentation standards. Flexible scheduling is available, and LPC and LCSW residents will receive licensure supervision. The position is a National Health Services Corps Loan Repayment site.

• Starting Salary: $50,400 – depending on experience
• $3,000 Sign‑On Bonus

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or other license‑eligible human services field required.
• Virginia licensure as a Professional Counselor, Clinical Social Worker, or Marriage and Family Therapist preferred.
• At least one year of clinical experience working with individuals with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, developmental and/or intellectual disabilities preferred.
