The Pamplin College of Business at Virginia Tech has one tenure-track or tenured position available in the Department of Accounting and Information Systems at the rank of Assistant or (tenured) Associate Professor starting August 2026. Candidates with research and teaching interests in all areas of accounting will be considered.
A qualified candidate must demonstrate the ability and interest to conduct high-quality, scholarly research as well as the ability for high-level teaching.
A qualified candidate for an appointment as an Assistant Professor must have a Ph.D. or be in the final stages of their dissertation.
A qualified candidate for an appointment as an Associate Professor must have a scholarly research record commensurate with a tenured appointment.
