The Office of the University Registrar is looking for an individual to join our team as an Academic Compliance Specialist. As a member of our team this position is responsible for ensuring the integrity and compliance of academic records and federal reporting functions within the Office of the University Registrar.
Important points- Knowledge of standard office practices and procedures
- Strong computer skills to include data entry
- Knowledge of programs and office applications
- Ability to exercise sound judgement
- Demonstrated data analysis experience
- Ability to process large volumes of work while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Strong communication skills
- Good analytical skills
- Ability to quickly adjust to shifting priorities
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact comfortably and respectfully with all individuals in a diverse multicultural environment
- Experience in analyzing data and drawing conclusions
- Advanced computer experience including proficiency with Microsoft Excel and word
- Experience with large-scale relational databases
- Knowledge of university degree requirements and academic eligibility policies
- Experience working with academic requirements, degree audits, academic records
- Prior reconciliation and proofreading experience

Salary InformationSalary commensurate with experience up to an expected budget max of $45,000 - $50,000
