An established Blackpool-based business is looking for a Business Development & Marketing Executive to strengthen early‑stage sales activity and refine how the company communicates with its customers.

This is a hands‑on, influential position where your ideas won't sit in a drawer.

• £35,000 salary (pro rata if part-time)
• Full‑time or school‑hours option (9:00am-2:30/3:00pm)

• Identify early‑stage sales opportunities by analysing reports, spotting patterns and recognising gaps others may miss.
• Start conversations, qualify opportunities and work with senior management to close - ensuring nothing commercially valuable is left untouched.
• Shape how the business presents itself to customers by:
  • Creating engaging website content
  • Developing copy for marketing materials
  • Crafting clear, compelling messaging
  • Working closely with the marketing team to polish communication
  • Organising small, professional customer engagement events
  • Maintaining regular communication with customers

This is a role that blends commercial awareness with strong written and verbal communication.
