🍂 What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading key improvement projects across Adult Services
Ensuring strong governance, oversight, and delivery across all initiatives
Collaborating with teams, senior leaders, and partners to deliver real change
Supporting the council’s drive for a stronger, more resilient care system✅

What You’ll Need:

Proven experience in project leadership, ideally within Adult Social Care or the public sector
Relevant qualifications (as per the

Job Description & Person Specification)
Ability to work across services and build strong partnerships
