The RoleYou will be a key member of the technical support team, ensuring that the school's digital infrastructure is robust, secure, and user-friendly. From resolving day-to-day hardware issues to assisting with long-term network projects, your role will be essential in keeping the learning environment running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Service Desk Support:
Provide high-quality technical assistance to staff and students, resolving tickets related to hardware, software, and connectivity. - Infrastructure Management:
Maintain and troubleshoot servers, switches, and wireless access points to ensure 100% network uptime. - Asset Management:
Track and maintain the school’s inventory of laptops, tablets, and desktop units, performing repairs and upgrades as required. - Software Deployment:
Oversee the installation and configuration of educational software and operating systems across the site. - Cyber Security:
Monitor system logs and ensure that firewall and anti-virus protections are up to date to safeguard school data.
