This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, working with people, and playing a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the councils HR operations.
AboutThe Role
As our Human Resources Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support across the HR function, ensuring our people processes run efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities- Administer the full recruitment and selection cycle, including providing advice, supporting new starter inductions, and processing internal changes.
- Support the operation and development of HR systems
- Process changes to pay and conditions, record temporary appointments, probation reviews and other employment changes.
- Assist with work experience and government scheme placements.
Were looking for someone who:
- Has a good general level of education.
- Can deal confidently with customers both in person and by phone.
- Maintains confidentiality at all times.
- Has excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Flexi time and the option to work remotely part of the week as agreed with your line manager.
