HR Coordinator

HR Coordinator | 3-6-Month Temporary Role | Property Sector | Central London Early February start! Opportunity to grow experience! Growing company! Your new company This construction and commercial services company based in London is recruiting for an HR Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis. This role is a 3–6-month role with the potential for further extension. This role is a full-time position at 40 hours per week, with all 4 days in the office and 1-day WFH.

Your new role The purpose of this role is to provide coordination and administrative support to the HR function, with duties including:
Onboarding and offboarding employees Arranging inductions for new starters Updating systems with relevant information Being the first line for any HR enquiries Booking holidays for employees Ad-hoc administrative support to the HR function What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills/requirements:
Proven administration experience, with HR Administration/Coordination experience is highly advantageous. Proficiency with MS Office  CRM/HR software is highly advantageous. A proactive, self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and to take initiative. Adaptable, versatile nature to be able to hit the ground running.
