Thames Primary Academy and Nursery Let your Potential Soar!We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, dedicated and motivated Classroom Teacher to work in our SEN provision for pupils with an EHCP (Education Health and Care Plan) for SEMH (Social, Emotional, Mental Health).
We have 24 pupils in three classes in our Nest provision – Robins Class (Y1‑2), Owls Class (Y3‑4) and Eagles Class (Y5‑6). In addition to the class teacher in each class we have two SEMH specialist support assistants and a Learning Mentor that works across the Nest classes.
Candidates should state their preferred age group and we will be flexible based on experience with class allocation.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful primary academy within the ATC (Achievement Through Collaboration) Multi Academy Trust.
We are extremely proud of our school – the achievements of our children, the expertise and dedication of our staff, the support of our parents, our outstanding facilities and our reputation as a centre of excellence.
The school and nursery classrooms and the outdoor play areas have been modernised and refurbished to an exceptional standard, and we are very proud to offer our children a truly bright, stimulating and state‑of‑the‑art learning environment.
A building, however, is only as good as the people working within. Staff and pupils benefit from the investment we place on their development, and we also play a key part in supporting other schools across the ATC Trust.
