Position: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA
Humly is recruiting Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to support teaching and learning across primary school settings in Preston.

These roles are well suited to experienced support staff looking for increased responsibility and variety.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Delivering structured learning activities under teacher direction

* Supporting whole-class learning and small-group interventions

* Assisting with lesson preparation and classroom organisation

* Providing cover where required

* Supporting pupil engagement and progress

What You’ll Bring

* HLTA status or equivalent experience

* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

* Confidence working independently when required

* A proactive and adaptable approach

* Experience across primary year groups

Pay Structure

* From £17.21 per hour
