• Plan and deliver high-impact, engaging lessons across your subject specialism (Years 7-11).

• Prepare students for GCSE success with tailored revision strategies and a focus on their emotional wellbeing.

• Create a high-expectations learning environment that is inclusive of all abilities and social backgrounds.

• Implement consistent and effective classroom management that promotes a culture of mutual respect.

• Monitor student progress closely, using assessment data to drive targeted interventions.

• Collaborate with departmental colleagues to share innovative teaching ideas and resources.

• Participate in the wider school life, including parents' evenings and enriching extra-curricular activities.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

• Proven experience teaching your subject specialism within a UK Secondary school.

• Up-to-date knowledge of the National Curriculum and specific Exam Board requirements (AQA, Edexcel, OCR).

• A proactive approach to "Assessment for Learning" to ensure rapid student progress.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong rapport with teenagers.
