My client specialises in new build sheds and commercial new builds. For this one you must be an experienced No.1 Site Manager. This role would not suit those with predominantly housing experience. You must have run your own schemes from start to finish to £5m and above. You must have SMSTS and First Aid. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a company with an excellent track record for staff retention.
