Salary: NJC Scale 2, SCP 3-4 £ 24,796 - £25,185 per annum Pro‑Rata

We have a fantastic opportunity available in the Administrative Support & Facilities Team at Fylde Council. The council is seeking to recruit a person to provide a professional administrative and customer focused service to internal and external customers using council facilities.

Job descriptionThe Admin Support & Facilities Team are responsible for:
- Providing internal customer service and administrative support on behalf of the Council.
- Providing reception, Tourist Information and general information services to external visitors and residents.
- To co‑ordinate Wedding Ceremonies under the supervision of the Admin & Facilities Manager.
We are looking for a candidate who has:
- Experience in a customer service role.
- Sound understanding of computers and experience of using various systems.
- Proven track record of working as part of a team.
- Positive, professional, innovative and productive attitude, and actively champions the success of the Admin Support and Facilities Team.
