Senior Accountant | Central London | Hybrid Working Your new company Hays are recruiting on behalf of a leading Top 100 accountancy firm that provides a full suite of outsourced services to clients in the financial services sector. With a dedicated team of professionals focused on delivering high-quality support across accounting, VAT, and regulatory reporting, the firm offers a collaborative and supportive environment where individuals are encouraged to grow and take ownership of their work.

Your new role You’ll be joining a specialist team that delivers accounting services to a growing portfolio of clients. This includes preparing management accounts, statutory financial statements (including consolidated accounts), and VAT returns. You’ll also supervise and review the work of junior team members, contribute to their development, and support the wider team with client pitches and process improvements. This is a varied and hands-on role with real scope for progression.
