Therady is looking for a friendly, outgoing, and compassionate Physical Therapy Technician to join our dynamic therapy team! In this role, you’ll work side‑by‑side with Physical Therapists to support patient care, prepare treatment spaces, and help patients through their recovery journey—all while keeping our clinic running smoothly and welcoming for everyone who walks through the door.

- Greet patients with warmth and professionalism, helping create a friendly and welcoming environment
- Prepare treatment rooms and equipment according to clinic protocols
- Assist patients before, during, and after therapy sessions with enthusiasm and care
- Help patients perform prescribed exercises under therapist supervision
- Apply heat/ice packs and assist with mobility or exercise equipment
- Maintain clean linens and a safe, organized treatment environment
- Educate patients on proper use of therapy equipment and exercise routines
- Support front office staff to ensure the clinic functions smoothly, including answering phones, filing, and basic computer tasks
- Support clinic operations by restocking supplies and maintaining equipment
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with people of all ages
- Passionate about helping others and creating a positive experience for patients
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment - Dependable, proactive, and eager to learn
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Previous experience in a customer service or healthcare setting (a plus)
This role involves frequent standing, bending, and assisting patients.
