Join a collaborative and supportive lab team where your skills make an immediate impact on patient care. This full-time Medical Technologist position offers a balanced schedule with 36-40 hours per week and alternating shifts, providing both variety and flexibility.
Position Overview:
As a key member of the laboratory, you'll perform a wide range of diagnostic testing across multiple departments, ensuring timely and accurate results that support quality patient outcomes.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct testing in hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, and blood bank.
- Analyze, verify, and report results with precision and attention to detail.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot lab instruments.
- Uphold all quality control, regulatory, and safety standards.
- Full-time (36-40 hours per week)
- Typically 4 days on / 3 days off, with occasional 3×12-hour shifts followed by 4 days off
- Alternating shifts for balanced workload and team coverage
- ASCP or equivalent certification required.
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical laboratory experience required.
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
